Installation

The installation  of the super fuel saver is straightforward. You don't need any special tools and any experience. It is not required to cut the fuel lines. You don't interfere with the engine. The engine remains intact, as it is from the factory.The super fuel saver is connected to the fuel pipe near the entrance of the injection system. For a multipoint injection engine, the super fuel saver will be connected near the collector entrance of the injectors. If your engine has a carburetor, it will be connected near to the carburetor at  the fuel pipe. The super fuel saver  should be 15 to 20 cm apart from the car's computer (if it is applicable). The super fuel saver has to be connected to a fuel pipe not wider than one inch (2,54 cm) of diammeter. For a greater performance you can install up to two super fuel savers at the same fuel line, but they have to be 90 degrees rotated to each other. The two halves should wrap the pipe connected to the injector well. If the pipe is narrow the two halves don't wrap the pipe.  You should add a piece of rubber to the pipe so that you make the two halves to wrap properly. Prior to install you should check that the super fuel saver has adequate space between the pipes directing to the injectors. Gasoline Engines

If the fuel pipe is wrapped with a steel mesh, the super fuel saver won't work. If this is the case, please contact us by email.Install the super fuel saver at a non-curved free section of the fuel pipe which goes to the engine. The entrance line in some systems is indicated with an arrow referring to the flow direction if it is entrance or return.  The entrance line is colder than the return due to its pressure. Τhe return line is warmer when the engine is working, there is no pressure and it is located lower. If your engine has an injection system, the entrance is located at the pressure regulator which is at the entrance of the injectors rail. If the injection system is MPI, EFI type, and the manufacturer of the car permits it (see the manual), is advised to disconnect the negative terminal of the battery, 5 minutes before you install the super fuel saver. Hence, the computer  is programmed again for the new mixture.  For EFI or mono injection, install the super fuel saver as near as you can to the multiple entrance of it. For MPI, install it as near as you can to the first injector, at incoming direction of the injection ramp. If your engine has a carburetter, install the super fuel saver as near as you can to it.For installation, put the two buttonholes at a faced lateral position, so that the super fuel saver is separated in two halves.  Put the seal in one side, so that the opposite side is still open and the fuel pipe can pass through. When the two halves are set to wrap the fuel pipe, put the seal to the other halve and adjust it. The two halves must be aligned and the two inner sides of the super fuel saver have to be parallel before the seal adjustment.For gasoline engines up to 2,5lt  install one super fuel saver. If the engine is greater than 2,5lt install two super fuel savers. For engine greater than 7lt install three super fuel savers.Using the super fuel saver to a gasoline engine, the engine power will be increased up to 10%. Fuel efficiency increases about 20% or more. Harmful gases are reduced up to 40%. Engine life is increased as well. The increase of the efficiency depends on the condition of the car, and the total kilometers you have run with it. You should change the filters and the lubricant and the car should be tuned as the manufacturer proposes. The results depend on the way the driver is driving the car.

Diesel Engines

If the feeding pipe is wrapped with a steel mesh, the super fuel saver won't work. If this is the case, please contact us by email.For a diesel engine up to 3lt, as a rule of thumb install two super fuel savers. The super fuel saver is installed at the entrance of the injection pump. If your engine has many cylinders, i.e lorry, truck etc more super fuel savers needed. For a six cylinder engine seven super fuel savers needed. One super fuel saver has to be installed at the entrance of the injection pump, coming from the diesel filter, and one super fuel saver for each fuel line connected to each injector. At the injection pump two pipes arriving. The feeding pipe, and the return pipe to the tank which is warmer. You should reduce the fuel flow by 10%, in many cases, so that the mixture isn't very rich, and has oxygen for the combustion.Using the super fuel saver to a diesel engine, the engine power and life will be increased. You will have fuel savings up to 10% or 12%. The results depend on the way the driver is driving the car.

Gnc Engines

The super fuel saver can be installed in two ways. The first way is to install it at the expand valve entrance. If the inlet pipe is narrow, you should add a piece of rubber to the pipe so that you make the two halves to wrap properly.  The second way is to install it at the pipe arriving to the motor. Most of the cases, the pipe is wrapped with a steel mesh, and the super fuel saver won't work. So, you should cut the hose, put a copper or brass tube at the inner side of it, and adjust them by placing two bands.Using the super fuel saver to a gnc engine, the engine power  increases up to 10%. You will have fuel savings about 10%. The results depend on the way the driver is driving the car.

Burners

You should put the super fuel saver at the fuel line of the burner after the filter. The fuel line should be made of non-magnetic material.
